NBA Europe Live started in late September and its purpose was for American clubs to play against European clubs. The NBA teams didn’t back down either, as they went 6-2 for the tournament. Philadelphia comfortably beat the European champions, CSKA Moscow, as four 76ers had at least 10 points. After the Sixers won by 14, the Phoenix Suns played the Euro runners-up, Maccabi Tel Aviv. The Suns used a fourth quarter run to crush Maccabi 119-102. These two games against Europe’s best show that the NBA is still the best league in the world and that they are willing to show their strength.
